Boys soccer beats Middleboro, ties Sturgis

(Oct. 10, 2013) The boys varsity soccer team rolled past Middleboro 6-0 under the lights at Vito Capizzo Stadium on Saturday evening but tied Sturgis East Monday at home thanks to a last-second goal by the Storm.

Nantucket has seen its perennial spot as the Cape and Islands League's top team challenged recently by the Storm, who have yet to beat the Whalers, but have tied them twice now in the last two seasons.
