Golf captures win over Chatham

The golf team continued its winning ways with a victory over Chatham last Thursday at Miacomet Golf Club, 179-199.


Nantucket, which improved to 6-1 overall with the win over the Blue Devils, saw Tuesday’s rematch at Martha’s Vineyard postponed. No make-up date has been announced.


The Whalers were scheduled to close out the Lighthouse Conference schedule in a dual meet against Sturgis and Cape Cod Academy yesterday, too late for this edition of Sports. Nantucket went into the match with a perfect 4-0 league record and aimed to collect its fourth straight conference crown.
